This fairy is called the Chrysanthemum Fairy. The Chrysanthemum Fairy symbolises Unfolding Mysteries. This flower is for Cheerfulness, optimism, rest, truth, long life and joy. It is considered to be a noble flower. In Asian culture, the flowers are used to help with meditation allowing one to focus on life mysteries, per a suggestion by Confucius.
